INTRODUCTION
Set on one of the most beautiful beaches in Andros - ‘Piso Gialia’, ‘Ta Spitia’ are five stone residences, amidst lush Mediterranean vegetation, built recently on a total surface/land area of approximately 14,000 sq.m. The residences are located a few meters away from the beach, offer panoramic sea view and are just 5 km away from the main town of Hora. "The Houses" are the ideal combination of privacy and comfort and are available for rent for periods longer than one month.
THE RESIDENCES
A point - window to the Aegean and a landscape of unparalleled natural beauty inspired the architect F. Logothetis to design and construct five unique buildings adjacent to and incrementally over a long sandy beach. Driven by the existing topography and with respect to the local architecture of the island, "Ta spitia" marry the stone with the light creating a harmonious coexistence between nature and tradition. Each stylish, self-catering residence can comfortably accommodate six to eight people on a living area of about 120 sq.m.
All the residences are elegantly furnished and offer all household appliances, tvs, autonomous heating system and air-conditioning, a fireplace as well as spacious verandahs with panoramic sea view.
Also, right next to the beach you can find specially designed barbecue and sitting areas, which may be used exclusively by the occupants by prior agreement.
The Island

Andros, just 2 hours away from the port of Rafina, hasn’t surrendered unconditionally to tourism; so many of its regions remain still unexplored. Because of its size, it has dozens of beautiful beaches, some organized and others unspoiled. But what makes it special compared to other Cycladic islands, is its hinterland. (with)Lush vegetation, waterfalls, quaint villages, caves, gorges with lakes and water mills. From an archaeological point of view, the largest and best preserved Neolithic settlement in the Aegean is located in Andros. Finally, several century-old monasteries, old tower-houses, plots and derelict mines refer/relate to images that expand beyond the confines of time.
For art lovers
As for art lovers, five different museums are available that host both permanent and periodical collections. On several occasions, many art admirers have made their first acquaintance with the island during one of the numerous exhibitions.
